Update

Okay, Jen. I'll update my blog. :)
I haven't felt very motivated since getting back from vacation.
We had a great time, the Monterey Bay Aquarium was fabulous as usual, we are now officially members, so we'll probably go back in the Spring.

W. loved the steam train at Roaring Camp. I'm glad we chose that train over the one that ran to the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz. We went to the Boardwalk in the evening, and it was a nightmare. Too expensive, way too many people.

On the other hand, I can't say enough good things about Bonfante Gardens! It was beautiful, and so much fun. How nice to go to an amusement park with no teenagers there! We all had a great time.

We had a nice visit with my brother and sil. I really hope they get to adopt soon. She really wants to be a mom, but they haven't had any leads yet.

We were exhausted when we got home, and we're heading to San Diego after Labor Day, which is a long drive. It should be nice there, though, and hopefully the crowds will be gone.
